The St. Regis Goa Resort – the first resort and the second St. Regis branded property in India – has appointed R. Srijith as Director of Sales and Marketing. Srijith brings with him over a decade of experience and will be responsible for driving revenue through targeted strategies and overseeing all aspects of the sales and marketing department at The St. Regis Goa Resort.
Having secured his MBA in Marketing and Hospitality Management from the Srinivas Institute of Management Studies, Mangalore University, Srijith began his journey in the year 2008. Prior to The St. Regis Goa Resort, Srijith – a seasoned hospitality professional, has worked with many established hotels in India including The Leela Group, IHHR Hospitality Private Ltd, and Ginger Hotels.
He is a true believer and enforcer of providing wholesome experience to guests, and does so by ensuring comprehensive training for each member of his team. To further fulfill this belief, he also worked with the Mahindra Group as a pioneer and Centre Head for their project Mahindra Namaste – a self-sustaining business to mentor young individuals starting their journey in hospitality. This vision has resulted in shaping many young leaders in the country.
Srijith is known to be a result-driven professional who is analytical and passionate about marketing, sales, and revenue management. With his expertise and knowledge about international markets and business verticals in India, he will work towards establishing The St. Regis Goa Resort as the ideal location for business, wedding, and leisure travellers.
While away from work, Srijith loves to visit his hometown in Kerala and spend time with his family over indigenous cuisines from the area. He is also an avid nature enthusiast and loves being surrounded by local fauna and scenic landscapes.
