The Den Hotel appoints Praful Narchal as Director of Sales and Marketing

The Den Bengaluru, a part of Dan Hotels, Israel has appointed Praful Narchal as its Director of Sales and Marketing. The Den Hotel strengthens its leadership team, by including an industry veteran with more than 16 years of experience in the industry across renowned hospitality brands in India.

A passionate and result-oriented professional, Praful has a wealth of experience in enhancing sales, marketing, and revenue streams through careful planning, extensive research, and innovative solutions. Over the years he has orchestrated and accomplished impactful business, sales, and marketing initiatives to drive business growth, and greater brand awareness.

At the Den, Praful’s primary responsibilities will include – managing the overall sales and marketing strategy and programmes, annual budgets, revenue, and distribution management, and to overlook all aspects of the sales and marketing department for the five-star luxury property.

Praful has in-depth knowledge of effective sales strategies and analytical thinking with the ability to perform well under pressure with efficient team management. In the past, he proved his mettle by working with some of the leading hospitality brands across India such as Marriott International, Taj group of Hotels, and The Lalit. Prior to joining The Den Bengaluru, he worked with Roseate Hotels & Resorts as Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing
