Bullish on Indian Aviation for expansion in 2014-15
Turkish Airlines, one of the fastest growing international airlines proudly announces its completion of 10 successful years of its operations in India, truly standing for its motto-“Widen Your World”. The airline is operating in India since 2003 and has achieved major milestones since then in the country. Flying out of the two most important cities of the country, New Delhi and Mumbai, Turkish Airlines has become one of the most popular airlines serving the Indian traveller.
Turkish Airlines is bullish on taking on Indian Aviation in 2014-15 by looking at the options of starting operations from new routes and by increasing number of flights. Currently the airline operates a daily flight to Istanbul connecting Europe, USA and Australia from New Delhi and Mumbai.
One of the fastest growing airlines, it has received several “Passenger Choice Awards” from Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX). In 2013, Turkish Airlines, for the third consecutive year, was named “Best Airline in Europe” by Skytrax. A winner of the “World’s Best Economy Class On-Board Catering” award, Turkish Airlines was also the recipient of the Skytrax “Best Business Class Catering” award in 2013.
