The festival offers a unique experience true to the palate of Malaysia with dishes on the buffet seasoned to perfection with intense spices sourced from the fields of Malaysia. The buffet menu is a sophisticated combination of salty, sweet and sour, frequently combined with a surprise inclusion of hot heat, which makes Malaysian food a delight to savour.

Along with the food, pamper yourself with Teh Tarik, a Malaysian national drink which is a strong tea with condensed milk pulled until frothy. A myriad selection of desserts, such as Puding Mangga (Mango Pudding), Puding Honeydew (Honeydew Pudding), Pizza Rendang (Pizza topped with Spicy Rendang) and more, will be a feast you will relish with every spoonful.

The food festival is a voyage that is meant to transport connoisseurs to the beautiful country of Malaysia, with a live troupe performance and traditional Malay music. Malaysia being one of the few countries in the world which has people from different backgrounds and different religions living together and celebrating festivals of each other with same enthusiasm as they celebrated their own. The country is known for its exceptional cuisine infused with spices and herbs that are deeply rooted in traditional home-style cooking, where fresh, top quality ingredients are put concocted judiciously and the flavors of each dish speak for themselves.
