Any terms and conditions of any offer disclosed to you when ordering is deemed part of these Terms. Profiles Media Network Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to change the fees for its products and Services and will provide notice of any increase prior to your being charged.
Electronic Receipts and Notices: By using our Sites or Services or making a purchase you consent to receive notices, disclosures, agreements, policies, receipts, confirmations, transaction information, account information, other communications, and changes or updates to any such documents electronically (“Electronic Mailings”). We will provide these Electronic Mailing by posting them on your account page and/or emailing them to the email address associated with your account. You agree that the Electronic Mailings satisfy legal communication requirements, including but not limited to requirements that any such communications be in writing. Electronic Mailings will be deemed received by you within 24 hours of issuance.
Orders: All orders are for personal use only and orders for resale are prohibited without prior written approval. Products displayed on the Sites are available only while supplies last. We try to display the image of the products available on our Sites, including colours, as accurately as possible but they may vary and the actual colours you see depend upon your device display. If we have cancelled your order after charging your account, we will issue a credit for the amount charged.
Print Subscriptions
Subscription Activation Mail: On payment success, you will receive an email (please check the spam folder in your mailbox) from Profiles Media Network Pvt Ltd. which will contain your subscription details viz.
• Start and End Date of your subscription.
• Expected delivery date of your first magazine.
Delivery of Magazines: Subscription copies will be delivered by post as soon as the issue is released in the marketplace, however, Profiles Media Network will not be responsible for postal or courier delays.
Change in Address: In case of a change in delivery address, the new address must be sent to us at least four to six weeks prior to the issue cover date in order to avoid missed issues. For example, if you are moving in September, your change of address must be received by early August, otherwise, your September issue will be mailed to your old address only. However, the subscription copies from the October issue will be routed to your new address.
Reselling magazines: All orders are subject to approval. By ordering, you agree not to resell any subscriptions purchased from this site.
Digital Subscriptions
Activation of Digital Magazine: Your digital subscription shall be activated the moment we receive your payment confirmation.
Subscription Activation Mail: On payment success, you will receive an email (please check the spam folder in your mailbox) from Profiles Media Network Pvt Ltd. which will contain your subscription details.
Start and End Date of your subscription.
The expected delivery date of your gift (if applicable).
Latest Issues: The latest issue of the digital magazine will be uploaded post the magazine launch date which varies every month.
Digital Magazine Access: We do not have any app from which you can access your digital magazine. It is a web-only magazine which can be accessed here post your login with your credentials:

Print & Digital Subscriptions
All offers (including the complimentary gifts) on the website are limited period offers. Rates and offers are valid in India only.
Non-delivery of Magazine/Gift: If you have not received our magazine or gift, please report the missed/non-delivery of the same via mail/call within 2 months of the expected magazine/gift delivery date (for dates refer to your subscription activation mail), so that we can sort out the issue with our delivery partner. Under such circumstances, we will definitely re-dispatch the missed copies to you, but no full refunds or subscription extension requests shall be entertained.
Gifts – out of stock: Gifts, if out of stock, will be replaced with alternate gifts of equal or more value. The expected gift delivery date will be mentioned in the subscription activation mail sent to your registered mail ID.
Auto-Renewal Subscriptions: If you have agreed to auto-renewal, your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you tell us to stop. You may cancel at any time during your subscription by contacting customer service (refer to FAQ 1) at the information below, and receive a full refund for all unserved issues.
Transaction failure but I have been charged: In case of transaction failure from the payment gateway but you have been billed for the same, kindly contact the payment gateway helpdesk for resolution. In most cases, the money is refunded back to the source by the payment gateway itself. Profiles Media Network Pvt Ltd. cannot be held responsible for such cases.
As a part of the subscription offer, you will be receiving newsletter and marketing email communications pertaining to your subscription or offers from Profiles Media Network Pvt Ltd., unless you specifically indicate your need to unsubscribe to the communication.
Profiles Media Network Pvt Ltd. has the right to cancel a subscription at any time at its own discretion.

Yes, you can pay by cheque for your subscription. Please send the cheque in the favour of ‘Profiles Media Network Pvt Ltd..’ and write your name, phone number and delivery address with a landmark on the reverse of the Cheque/DD and send it to our customer care office (FAQ 1). Do not send cash. Profiles Media Network Pvt Ltd. would not be responsible for postal delays, transit losses or mutilation of the subscription form/cheque. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts and forums in Delhi only.

No, we do not deliver magazines to a country outside India. We would request you kindly subscribe to our digital magazines here.
How can I access my digital magazine?
I received a damaged magazine/gift. What do I do?
At our end, we ensure that every magazine is printed, packaged, and delivered in excellent condition. However, as a rare case, if a magazine arrives in a damaged condition, then we advise you to kindly check with the courier or post office delivering it. Please do get in touch via mail (check FAQ 1) in case of such an occurrence, along with a photograph of the damaged magazine/gift. We’d be happy to replace a damaged copy/gift immediately.
I cannot find my pin code in your list of pin codes. But I want to subscribe. How do I proceed?
This could be because our delivery partner – Blue Dart might not be able to service you at that pin code. You can try giving a different address (e.g., your office) so that the magazines can be delivered to you there. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
