Thomas Cook India, an integrated travel services company has announced its very first Virtual Holiday Store.
The store intends to help customers with all their travel-related queries by just logging onto the website. Customers can connect over video chat with travel experts (from 0800 to 1200) who will help them with travel requirements, including domestic and international holidays, value-added services like travel insurance, end-to-end Covid-negative certification services, visa services, documentation, among others.
