Abu Dhabi’s hospitality sector has reached a significant milestone, emerging as one of the top global destinations for guest engagement with an impressive 86% response rate to online reviews, according to data from TrustYou.
This achievement highlights the emirate’s commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and promoting direct communication between hotels and their visitors.
Saleh Mohamed Al Geziry, Director General for Tourism at the Department of Culture and Tourism (DCT) Abu Dhabi, expressed his pride in the city’s hospitality sector, stating, “We take immense pride in the efforts of our hospitality partners in ensuring outstanding service and guest satisfaction across all hotel categories.”
Abu Dhabi’s hotel industry has experienced continued growth, hosting 2.41 million guests in just the first five months of the previous year. Industry leaders underscore the importance of timely responses to guest reviews, which not only foster improved engagement but also help maintain the emirate’s reputation as a world-class destination for travelers.
