In a move aimed at streamlining operations and strengthening engagement with the travel trade, Air India and Air India Express have announced the integration of their sales teams under the Air India Group. The unified structure is designed to drive greater business efficiency and provide a consistent interface for trade partners across domestic and international markets.

At the helm of the consolidated sales function is Manish Puri, who has been elevated to the role of Head of Global Sales. In his new capacity, Puri will oversee the combined sales team, focusing on enhancing partnerships with trade stakeholders and ensuring seamless representation of both carriers under one framework.
