55th FHRAI Annual Convention Set for September in Bengaluru with Vision for Hospitality @2047
New Delhi, 11th September, 2025: The Federation of Hotel & Restaurant Associations of India (FHRAI) has announced the 55th edition of its Annual Convention, scheduled to take place from 18th to 20th September 2025 in Bengaluru. With the theme “FutureScape 2047: Redefining Hospitality for a New India”, the three-day convention will bring together leaders from the hospitality, tourism, government, and allied sectors to reimagine the future of Indian hospitality as the nation looks ahead to its centenary year of independence.
The inaugural ceremony on 18th September will host a distinguished line-up of guests. The Chief Guest, Mr. Siddaramaiah, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Karnataka, will provide the inaugural address, while Mr. Rajnath Singh, Hon’ble Defence Minister of India, will deliver a special address. Other distinguished guests include Mr. D.K. Shivakumar, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka; Mr. K. Ram Mohan Naidu, Hon’ble Minister of Civil Aviation; Mr. A. Revanth Reddy, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Telangana; and Mr. Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Hon’ble Tourism Minister, Government of India.
Day two, Friday, September 19th, will feature a series of thought-provoking business sessions designed to examine the evolving contours of the hospitality industry. Sessions will cover themes such as building iconic Indian brands that resonate globally, rebranding spiritual tourism, shaping India’s trillion-dollar experience economy, expanding hospitality in tier 2 and 3 cities, and redefining revenue management strategies. Esteemed moderators and panelists, including industry stalwarts like Mr. Suman Billa, IAS, Mr. Vikram Cotah, Mr. Anil Chadha, Mr. Kapil Chopra, Mr. Manav Thadani, and Mr. Zubin Saxena, will contribute their insights during these discussions.
The final day, Saturday, 20th September, will continue with critical sessions spotlighting sustainable hospitality, technological innovations, culinary identity, and cybersecurity in a connected world. These dialogues will feature experts such as Ms. Lakshi Sharad, Mr. Michael Dominic, Mr. George Ramapuram, Mr. Gopinath, Mr. Varun Deshpande, and Mr. Rohit Bansal. The convention will culminate with the Valedictory Session and the FHRAI Hospitality Awards, with the Valedictory
Address delivered by Ms. V. Vidyavathi, IAS, Secretary Tourism, Government of India.
