Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre has announced the appointment of Abishek Chandran as its new Cluster Director of Marketing and Communications. With more than 14 years of experience in the hospitality sector, including a notable tenure at Hilton, Abishek brings a wealth of expertise in driving effective marketing strategies, boosting brand visibility, and leading successful campaigns that have contributed to the growth of Hilton’s global portfolio.

In his new role, Abishek will oversee marketing and communication strategies across the cluster, collaborating closely with the Cluster Commercial Director, General Managers, and Hilton’s brand teams. His responsibilities will include developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, advancing the Hilton brand’s growth, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders to further elevate Hilton Gurugram’s market presence and reputation. Notably, this marks his second pre-opening experience, underscoring his proficiency in launching and establishing new properties.

Abishek has earned a reputation for his ability to manage brand standards, craft impactful campaigns, and reinforce Hilton’s identity across diverse markets. His strategic contributions have been crucial in strengthening Hilton’s market presence and driving revenue growth, particularly within the resort sector. His collaborative approach with both internal teams and external partners has played a significant role in Hilton Gurugram’s success. Additionally, he works closely with Hilton’s corporate office to ideate and implement campaigns across the region. Noteworthy campaigns include “It’s Ok” and “Wedding Diaries by Hilton.”
