With over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Rajneesh brings a wealth of operational expertise, a strategic vision, and a passion for guest-centric service to one of Eastern India’s most renowned hotels.
A Journey of Growth & Leadership
Rajneesh’s career in hospitality began in 2004 as a Senior Guest Service Supervisor, where he quickly advanced to a Head of Department role by 2009. By 2013, he was a member of the Executive Committee, and in 2018, he was promoted to General Manager of an upscale property.
Most recently, Rajneesh served as the General Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Faridabad – Aravalli Resort, where he excelled in operational excellence, revenue management, and enhancing the guest experience. His extensive leadership experience with international hotel brands makes him an ideal fit for Novotel Kolkata, known for its blend of modern luxury and warm hospitality.

With 340 well-appointed rooms, 30,000 square feet of event space, and diverse dining options, the hotel has consistently evolved to meet the needs of its guests. Under Rajneesh’s leadership, the focus will be on enhancing service quality, optimizing operations, and deepening community engagement.

Outside of work, Rajneesh is an avid reader of leadership literature and believes in empowering teams to reach their full potential. In his personal time, he enjoys watching Bollywood films, traveling with his family, and exploring nature, which helps him find both inspiration and relaxation.
