Raffles Udaipur has announced the appointment of Shri Raj Goswami as its new Director of Food & Beverage, strengthening the resort’s reputation as one of India’s foremost luxury dining destinations.
With more than 12 years of experience across leading global hospitality brands, Goswami brings a blend of international expertise, refined culinary sensibilities, and a passion for storytelling through food. At Raffles Udaipur, he will oversee nine restaurants and bars, along with the resort’s expansive banquet and event operations, ensuring that the property continues to set new benchmarks in gastronomic excellence.
Goswami’s career spans an impressive portfolio of luxury hotels, including leadership roles at The Ritz-Carlton Pune, where he managed six dining venues and large-scale banqueting operations, as well as The Four Seasons in Maldives and Bahrain, The Oberoi in Agra, and Taj Lake Palace in Udaipur. A certified sommelier accredited by the Court of Master Sommeliers and WSET, he is recognised for combining innovation with cultural nuance to create immersive dining experiences.
