Sarovar Hotels has unveiled the Sarovar Leadership Development Program (SLDP), aiming to offer exceptional career growth avenues for ambitious young professionals in the hospitality sector. Teaming up with the esteemed Indian School of Hospitality (ISH) in Gurugram, Sarovar Group plans to integrate academic support and curriculum expertise into the initiative.
Spanning over 12 months, this hybrid program is meticulously crafted to empower participants with the requisite knowledge, skills, and hands-on experience essential for thriving in their careers and assuming leadership roles. Delving into diverse facets of management and industry-specific skills such as business communication, operational finance, digital marketing, and revenue management, the curriculum ensures a comprehensive learning journey. Blending classroom sessions, online modules, on-the-job training, and mentorship sessions, the program unfolds at Hometel Chandigarh, a flagship Sarovar Hotel. Furthermore, ISH will organize enriching boot camps and master classes, either at Hometel or on the ISH campus.
Integral to the program, students will be paired with seasoned mentors from Sarovar Hotels and ISH, providing invaluable guidance and insights throughout their journey. This mentorship dynamic aims to accelerate personal and professional growth, leveraging the expertise of industry veterans. Moreover, participants will gain access to an extensive network of industry professionals and leaders, fostering valuable connections and expanding their professional horizons.
