Shaikh’s hospitality journey is deeply rooted in Marriott International, where he began his career as a Reservations Associate and steadily climbed the ranks. His most recent role was Director of Sales at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, where he played a key role in driving commercial success. Over the years, he has worked across luxury, premium, and select-service brands, gaining versatile experience in business, convention, and resort markets across varied geographies.

Known for his strategic vision and collaborative leadership style, Shaikh has worked closely with both on-property and regional teams to implement innovative business strategies.
