The organisers of Arabian Travel Market 2026 have announced another schedule change for the region’s flagship travel and tourism exhibition, confirming that the event will now take place from September 14 to 17, 2026, at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

The revised dates replace the previously announced August 17–20, 2026 schedule, which itself had already superseded the original May 4–7, 2026 timeline. The latest adjustment marks the second major rescheduling for the event and signals the organisers’ ongoing efforts to align the exhibition calendar with evolving operational and industry considerations.

According to communication issued to registered attendees, organisers confirmed that all existing registrations and tickets will remain valid for the new September dates. They also reassured exhibitors, buyers, and delegates that all planned sessions, networking programmes, exhibitor showcases, and technology-focused activities under both Arabian Travel Market and ATM Travel Tech will proceed as originally designed.

The official event platform has also been updated to reflect the new September schedule, reinforcing that the exhibition will continue to be hosted at Dubai World Trade Centre, one of the Middle East’s most significant venues for international business and trade events.

The latest shift follows an earlier announcement made in March, when organiser RX confirmed the postponement from May to August. At the time, the company cited the importance of prioritising the safety and wellbeing of exhibitors, visitors, partners, and staff, while also providing additional flexibility for international participants planning logistics and attendance.

The move into September places the event at the beginning of the Gulf’s renewed autumn business season, a strategic period when travel companies, tourism boards, airlines, hotel operators, cruise brands, and travel technology firms typically resume large-scale commercial activity following the summer travel cycle.

For exhibitors and global tourism stakeholders, the revised timeline offers an extended planning horizon for marketing campaigns, hosted buyer programmes, partnership discussions, and product launches. Industry observers suggest the additional lead time may also support stronger participation from long-haul markets and international delegates.

Widely regarded as one of the Middle East’s most influential travel trade exhibitions, Arabian Travel Market serves as a major platform connecting tourism authorities, hospitality brands, aviation companies, destination management organisations, luxury travel specialists, and technology providers from around the world.

The 2026 edition is expected to maintain a strong focus on travel innovation, tourism connectivity, hospitality investment, aviation growth, luxury experiences, and travel technology solutions. ATM Travel Tech, which runs alongside the main exhibition, is also anticipated to remain a key feature of the event, highlighting advancements in digital transformation, AI-driven travel solutions, booking technologies, and smart tourism infrastructure.

The rescheduling comes at a time when the global tourism industry continues to navigate shifting operational realities, evolving traveller behaviour, and changing event calendars across major international markets. Despite the adjustments, industry confidence around Arabian Travel Market’s role as a leading business-to-business tourism platform in the Middle East remains strong.
