Adani Airport Holdings Limited (AAHL) has announced that its Adani One app has crossed 5 million memberswithin 10 months of launching its airport loyalty programme, Adani Rewards.

The milestone highlights the growing adoption of digital services that allow passengers to earn and redeem rewards while using airport facilities.

Adani Rewards is now available across all eight airports managed by AAHL in seven Indian states. The programme allows travellers to collect reward points on shopping, dining and other airport services, which can later be redeemed through the Adani One app.

Building on the programme’s early success, AAHL plans to introduce a tier-based membership model later this year. The new structure is expected to offer additional benefits and personalised rewards for frequent flyers.

An AAHL spokesperson said reaching five million members in less than a year marks an important milestone for the programme. The company also plans to introduce new features and expand member benefits across its airport network in the coming months.

Passengers can join Adani Rewards using their mobile number when making a purchase at participating airport outlets. Reward points earned through eligible transactions can be redeemed for benefits such as complimentary food and beverages, along with other airport experiences available through the app.

AAHL said seasonal promotional campaigns, including DiwaliWinterfest and the recently concluded Summer Carnival, have helped increase customer engagement by offering exclusive deals and special experiences.

The company also plans to expand the programme further across its airport network, which stretches from Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala to Guwahati in Assam.

Adani One brings together airport services, shopping, dining and loyalty rewards on a single digital platform, giving passengers a more connected airport experience.
