Accor’s global loyalty programme, ALL Accor, and IndiGo BluChip, the loyalty programme of India’s largest airline, have launched a new partnership that allows members to earn and redeem reward points across both platforms.

The collaboration enables customers to convert ALL Accor Reward Points into IndiGo BluChips, and vice versa, giving travellers more flexibility when booking flights, hotel stays and travel experiences.

The companies said the partnership is among the first reciprocal loyalty programmes between an airline and a hotel group in India, bringing together two of the country’s largest travel brands.

The partnership connects IndiGo’s network of more than 140 destinations with Accor’s global portfolio of more than 45 hotel brands, ranging from luxury to economy.

Members can now use their points across a wider range of travel services. IndiGo BluChip members can convert their points into ALL Accor Reward Points for hotel stays, dining, room upgrades and other hospitality experiences. Likewise, ALL Accor members can exchange their points for IndiGo BluChips to book flights and access services across the airline’s growing domestic and international network.

Neetan Chopra, Chief Digital and Information Officer at IndiGo, said the partnership expands the benefits available to BluChip members by connecting air travel with hospitality rewards. He added that the collaboration is designed to give customers greater flexibility throughout their travel journey, from booking flights to hotel stays.

Ranju Alex, Chief Executive Officer of Accor South Asia, said the partnership aims to create a more connected travel experience by combining the strengths of both loyalty programmes. She added that the collaboration offers members greater value, personalised rewards and more flexibility across their journeys.

The companies believe the partnership comes at a time when demand for both business and leisure travel is growing across India, including major cities as well as Tier I and Tier II markets.

By bringing airline and hotel rewards together on a single platform, Accor and IndiGo hope to make it easier for travellers to get more value from every trip.
