The Westin Goa has announced the appointment of Dhiraj Amin as its new Director of Sales and Marketing, reinforcing the hotel’s leadership team as it continues to strengthen its presence in Goa’s competitive luxury hospitality landscape.
A seasoned hospitality professional with more than 15 years of industry experience, Amin will be responsible for driving the hotel’s commercial strategy, with a focus on revenue growth, market expansion and enhancing overall business performance. In his new role, he will oversee the sales and marketing functions while working closely with the executive leadership team to further position the property across key business segments, including leisure travel, weddings, MICE and the corporate market.
Before joining The Westin Goa, Amin served as Director of Sales at The St. Regis Mumbai, where he led strategic sales initiatives across multiple business verticals. His professional journey also includes leadership positions with Sofitel Mumbai BKC, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar and Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport, where he gained extensive experience in corporate sales, business development, catering, MICE and destination weddings.
Known for his strategic sales planning, leadership capabilities and strong client engagement, Amin has received several industry recognitions during his career, including the Marriott President’s Circle Award and the Marriott Asia Pacific Excluding China (APEC) Top Performer Award, acknowledging his commercial achievements and leadership excellence.
