Immersive tech, cultural storytelling, and expanded global networks headline the Tata Group airlines’ showcase at the region’s premier travel trade event

In a strategic display of transformation and ambition, Air India and Air India Express are turning heads at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025 with a dynamic joint showcase highlighting their renewed global vision. As key players in India’s aviation resurgence under the Tata Group, both carriers are using the influential Dubai event to spotlight new products, immersive technologies, and expansive international growth plans.

Situated in Hall 8’s Asia Pavilion (booths AS7290 and AS7295), the 100-square-metre pavilion blends digital innovation with rich Indian cultural themes—presenting the airlines not just as carriers, but as storytellers and experience curators.

A standout feature is the Virtual Reality zone, where attendees can explore Air India’s next-generation A350 aircraft. Accompanying displays showcase the upgraded Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner and Airbus A321 interiors, reflecting a commitment to elevating service quality and passenger comfort through the airline’s ongoing Vihaan.AI transformation initiative.

Air India Express delivers a colorful counterpoint, highlighting its unique brand identity through interactive exhibits and visual storytelling. Highlights include ‘Tales of India’, celebrating regional diversity through vibrant tail art, and the newly introduced ‘Inglish Dictionary’—a playful display blending colloquial Indian expressions with traditional Sohrai design. Culinary innovation also takes centre stage with a digital showcase of the airline’s ‘Gourmair’ inflight dining program, offering visitors a flavourful taste of India’s regional cuisines.

A comprehensive network map illustrates the scope of both airlines’ operations: Air India now flies to 45 domestic and 43 international destinations, while Air India Express serves 38 domestic and 17 international routes—including more than 240 weekly flights between India and the UAE.

The pavilion also serves as a launchpad for upcoming announcements, including virtual interline partnerships aimed at enhancing global connectivity, and new General Sales Agent and Representative Agency appointments in key international markets.

Air India and Air India Express teams, including product and commercial leads, are on-site throughout the event to engage with industry stakeholders, reinforcing the group’s commitment to strengthening partnerships and redefining the travel experience for a new era of Indian aviation.
