Fairmont and Raffles Jaipur have announced the appointment of Rajat Sethi as Cluster General Manager, extending his leadership from Fairmont Jaipur to now include the iconic Raffles Jaipur.
Sethi, who has been at the helm of Fairmont Jaipur since 2023, brings more than 25 years of global hospitality experience to his expanded role. He will oversee both luxury properties with a mandate to elevate guest experiences, strengthen operational efficiencies, and drive sustainable growth, while reinforcing their position as leading destinations in India’s luxury hospitality landscape.
His career spans leadership roles across ITC Hotels, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, and Hilton Hotels Worldwide. Early in his tenure at Oberoi’s Trident Gurgaon, he helped establish the hotel’s reputation for world-class service. His accomplishments were recognised in 2022 when he was named General Manager of the Year – Luxury to Upper Upscale by Hotelier India.
