The Beaumont has announced that it remains closed and takes advantage of the challenging times to start work on some long-planned improvements, including commencing work to add a 25-room extension in a beautiful, art deco-styled warehouse building behind the hotel; adding a large, light-filled, first floor one-bedroom suite with views of Brown Hart Gardens; undertaking a soft refurbishment of the Cub Room, the Magritte Bar and The Colony Grill Room, & enlarging the gymnasium.

Located on Brown Hart Gardens close to Oxford Street and Grosvenor Square, The Beaumont originally opened in 2014 as the first hotel by restaurateurs Corbin and King.

Team will remain with the hotel during the closure to ensure our reopening is a full success: at this point, the staff are what matters most. The Beaumont will remain closed until late spring 2021.

Ellerman Hotel Company, which is owned by the Barclay family, bought the leasehold of the property in 2018, four years after the hotel was opened by restaurateurs Chris Corbin and Jeremy King. Grosvenor is the freeholder of the building.
