Sixtine Marot is the new Head of Sales & Marketing at Air Mauritius.
With a passion for the Tourism Industry and over a decade of experience in the field, she is taking over the Sales and Marketing team.
Her journey in the Hospitality Industry began with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management from Vatel Bordeaux and Mauritius. Since then, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment and expertise in various leadership roles and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Université Paris Dauphine- La Sorbonne, enhancing her strategic acumen and business management skills.
With a track record of excellence, she joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts in the Sales & Marketing Team followed by various experiences in Switzerland and Seychelles, before coming back to Mauritius 7 years ago.
As Director of Sales and Marketing at Southern Cross Hotels, she spent seven years honing her skills and successfully directing the day-to-day activities of the sales, marketing, revenue, and reservation teams.
