With an impressive skill set and an extraordinary knack for creativity, Shalini started her applaudable career in 2003 as a senior sales associate at Intercontinental the Grand, New Delhi and has never looked back since. During her tenure, Shalini has worked for other impressive hotel chains which include: Starwood, Carlson, IHG and Marriott International. She firmly believes that discipline is the touchstone for a balanced life.
