The Peninsula London is set to elevate the capital’s fine dining scene this autumn with the debut of Claude & Co at Brooklands, a new four-hands dinner series helmed by the legendary Michelin-starred Chef Claude Bosi. Hosted atop the hotel’s striking rooftop restaurant, Brooklands by Claude Bosi, the exclusive series will unite some of the world’s most celebrated chefs in a rotating residency designed to celebrate innovation, sustainability, and global gastronomy at its finest.
Launching on 16 September 2025, Claude & Co at Brooklands will see Bosi collaborate with a curated lineup of culinary luminaries he deeply admires, creating once-in-a-lifetime tasting menus that reflect both personal artistry and a shared commitment to exceptional produce and craftsmanship.

A Star-Studded Line-Up of Global Culinary Icons
The inaugural event on 16 September brings together Claude Bosi and Thomas Straker, one of the most dynamic voices in contemporary British cuisine. Together, the pair will present a six-course tasting menu showcasing the finest of British game, elegantly balancing the robust flavours of the countryside with modern culinary finesse.
Straker, revered for his Michelin-trained pedigree and magnetic digital presence, is the founder of the cult-favourite Notting Hill eatery STRAKER’S and the newly launched ACRE. With STRAKER’S NYC poised to open later this year, his culinary trajectory continues to rise at an astonishing pace. The collaboration with Bosi will mark a rare and exciting convergence of British heritage, digital-era influence, and haute cuisine mastery.
An Immersive Dining Experience at Brooklands by Claude Bosi
Guests attending Claude & Co at Brooklands will begin their evening with Deutz Champagne and handcrafted canapés, set against panoramic views of Hyde Park and the city skyline. Tables, arranged for two or four guests, will be adorned with bespoke floral compositions by Flowers by The Peninsula London, adding an intimate, tailored touch to the sophisticated setting.
The courses—alternating between the two chefs—will serve as a dialogue between their unique culinary philosophies, merging bold creativity with deep respect for provenance and technique. Each dish will be elevated by expertly curated wine pairings led by Melody Wong, The Peninsula London’s acclaimed Director of Wine, ensuring a seamless harmony between plate and palate.

Future Dates and Michelin Excellence
Following the debut dinner with Straker, the Claude & Co series will continue with two more prestigious collaborations:
- 2 October – Chef Norbert Niederkofler, the visionary behind the three-Michelin-starred St. Hubertus in the Dolomites, known for his pioneering “Cook the Mountain” philosophy, will bring a menu rooted in sustainability, biodiversity, and hyper-seasonal alpine ingredients.
- 11 November – Chef Sven Wassmer, Switzerland’s three-Michelin-star and Green Star chef from Memories at Grand Resort Bad Ragaz, will join Bosi in a culinary exploration of modern Alpine cuisine infused with innovation and emotion.
Additional guest chefs for the 2026 edition of Claude & Co will be announced in the coming months, promising continued excellence and global reach.
Brooklands by Claude Bosi: Where Heritage Takes Flight
The rooftop restaurant at The Peninsula London, Brooklands by Claude Bosi, is more than a dining destination—it’s a tribute to Britain’s golden era of aviation and motorsport. Named after the historic Brooklands racetrack in Surrey, the restaurant features an extraordinary design narrative, with interiors that include a suspended model of the Concorde and the original Napier Railton race car. It’s a space where history, artistry, and culinary brilliance converge.
Under the guidance of Chef de Cuisine Francesco Dibenedetto, the restaurant’s core menu focuses on locally sourced British ingredients, reinterpreted with classical French technique—a foundation that the Claude & Co series will amplify through its rotating collaborations.
A New Benchmark in Culinary Storytelling
With Claude & Co, The Peninsula London and Claude Bosi are reshaping what it means to dine in the capital. These aren’t simply dinners—they’re evenings of culinary storytelling, sensory elevation, and cross-cultural dialogue. Each menu is ephemeral and unforgettable, offering guests not just meals, but moments.
Whether celebrating British game, Alpine purity, or mountain-foraged biodiversity, the series promises to deliver thought-provoking plates in an unmatched setting—bringing together the world’s finest chefs and the city’s most discerning gourmands.
