Grand Central Hotel Private Limited, a hotel development and investment company based in Nepal, has announced the signing of a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts to open a new Ramada by Wyndham hotel in Itahari, Nepal.
Known as Ramada by Wyndham Itahari Pashupati Marg, the hotel is expected to open in 2024 and will be located close to several trading hubs and commercial establishments in Nepal. The property will offer contemporary rooms, an all-day restaurant, a bar and lounge, a health club, spa and outdoor swimming pool. It will also offer banquet halls and a meeting room.
Itahari is the largest city in Nepal’s Sunsari district and is considered the business hub of eastern Nepal. The city offers convenient access to the provincial capital of Biratnagar and the border with India.

Through this opening, Ramada by Wyndham Itahari Pashupati Marg Limited is expected to generate more than 80 jobs in the local area.
