New culinary destination blends Delhi’s regional flavours with global cuisine in an elevated atrium setting
Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Dwarka, New Delhi, has launched Del One, a premium all-day dining restaurant designed to bring together Delhi’s diverse culinary heritage and flavours from around the world.
Located at the heart of the hotel, Del One occupies an elevated atrium space overlooking the property’s soaring interiors. The restaurant combines contemporary architecture, natural light and a city-inspired culinary concept to create a dining destination designed for breakfast, lunch, dinner and evening occasions.
ITC Hotels’ official property information describes Del One as a vibrant all-day dining venue serving global favourites alongside Indian classics, with offerings ranging from handcrafted pizzas and chaats to regional specialities. The restaurant is currently listed as operating from 6:00 am to midnight.
Delhi-inspired design and dining
The restaurant’s interior incorporates palm-lined spaces, warm wood detailing, curved architectural elements, glass balustrades and a monochrome floor. The design is framed by the hotel’s distinctive atrium, creating views across its vertical interior spaces and guestroom balconies.
The setting is intended to transition from relaxed daytime dining to more leisurely evening meals, with the restaurant also incorporating a bar.
Del One’s culinary concept is structured around five distinct themes: The Good Mess; Dilli, the Roads That Led Here; West of Here; East of Here; and Mithai Meets the World.
The menu draws on familiar Delhi flavours while incorporating regional techniques and international influences. Dishes include Agra ki Aloo Tikki, Del One Gol Gappa, Purani Dilli Samosa, Darya Ganj Chicken Tikka and Jama Masjid Seekh Kebab, alongside Neapolitan pizzas, pasta, noodles, bowls and curries.

Nishant Negi, General Manager, Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Dwarka, said Del One was conceived as more than a conventional hotel restaurant.

Negi added that the restaurant forms part of the hotel’s wider vision of establishing a contemporary culinary address in Dwarka.

The launch adds to the food and beverage offering at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Dwarka, which is located in Sector 10 and has 392 rooms and suites. The property is approximately four kilometres from Yashobhoomi – India International Convention & Expo Centre and around 13 kilometres from Indira Gandhi International Airport.
Beyond dining, the hotel has more than 3,800 sq m of flexible banqueting and conferencing space, positioning it for corporate events, weddings and social gatherings.
