Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Nashik features 48 rooms and suites, dining, fitness and event facilities
Lemon Tree Hotels has expanded its Maharashtra portfolio with the opening of Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Nashik, marking the group’s entry into the city.
The hotel is located on Gangapur Road near Ashok Stambh and is positioned to serve business, leisure and pilgrimage travellers visiting Nashik. The property is managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
The opening adds to Lemon Tree Hotels’ growing presence across Maharashtra and brings the company’s Keys Prima brand to one of the state’s established commercial, spiritual and wine tourism destinations.
48 rooms and suites
Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Nashik features 48 rooms and suites, with facilities designed for both short business stays and leisure visits.
The hotel’s official property listing confirms the availability of Keys Café, a multi-cuisine all-day dining restaurant serving Indian, Western and pan-Asian cuisine, as well as Unlock Bar and in-room dining. The property also features a fitness centre and outdoor dining space at Keys Café.
For meetings and social events, the hotel offers three venues — Grand Chamber, Chamber and Meeting Room — providing options for conferences, corporate gatherings and celebrations.
Positioned for business and leisure travel
Located close to Ashok Stambh, the hotel provides access to several of Nashik’s key commercial, cultural and religious attractions.
The property is positioned near destinations including Ramkund, Panchvati, Trimbakeshwar Jyotirlinga, Pandav Leni, Sula Vineyards and Gangapur Dam. Lemon Tree Hotels’ official listing places Ashok Stambh approximately 0.3 kilometres from the hotel, while Ramkund is around 1.2 kilometres away.
The location also places the hotel within reach of Nashik’s developing business districts and tourism infrastructure, allowing it to cater to a mix of corporate travellers, pilgrims, families and visitors exploring the region’s wine and leisure attractions.
Lemon Tree targets further growth in Maharashtra
Vishvapreet Singh Cheema, President, Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd., said Maharashtra remains a strategic market for the group and described the Nashik opening as an important milestone.
“Maharashtra continues to be a strategic growth market for Lemon Tree Hotels, and our debut in Nashik is a significant milestone given the city’s unique blend of heritage, commerce, and vineyard tourism.”
Cheema added that the hotel introduces a contemporary midscale offering designed around Nashik’s mix of business, leisure and pilgrimage demand.
According to the company, Lemon Tree Hotels currently has 15 operational hotels in Maharashtra, with another 16 properties in the pipeline, including two additional developments in Nashik. The figures are based on the company’s stated expansion plans.
Expanding the Nashik hospitality offering
Nashik has developed into a multifaceted tourism market, combining religious tourism with vineyard experiences, leisure travel and a growing commercial base.
The city is home to several major religious attractions and serves as a gateway to the Trimbakeshwar region, while its vineyards and surrounding countryside have helped establish it as a destination for wine tourism and short leisure breaks.
Lemon Tree Hotels’ official portfolio also lists a separate Lemon Tree Resort, Nashik development near Gangapur Dam, underlining the group’s broader interest in the destination.
With Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Nashik, the group is adding a city-based midscale accommodation option focused on convenient access, dining, meetings and business and leisure stays.
