IHCL has recently announced the opening of Ekante Bliss, a hotel under the IHCL SeleQtions brand, located in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. Tirupati is renowned for its sacred shrine, the Tirumala Venkateswara Temple.
Puneet Chhatwal, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of The Indian Hotels Company, expressed his delight at the inauguration of Ekante Bliss. He highlighted the significance of Tirupati as a spiritual destination, drawing millions of devotees annually to the Venkateswara Temple. This new addition strengthens IHCL’s presence in key spiritual locations across India.
Ekante Bliss – IHCL SeleQtions, with its 113 rooms, is strategically situated in the city center, offering convenient access from Tirupati Airport and a captivating view of the Tirumala temple. The hotel’s decor, inspired by the temple’s architecture, pays homage to its spiritual significance. Guests can enjoy various culinary experiences at Vyom, the all-day diner, Azure, the open-air café, and unwind at Amruth, the bar, or relax at the swimming pool and fitness centre. The hotel also boasts expansive event spaces, ideal for hosting both intimate gatherings and grand celebrations.
Vineet Soni, the General Manager of Ekante Bliss, Tirupati – IHCL SeleQtions, emphasised the hotel’s suitability as a base for exploring the city, inviting guests to experience its hospitality.
With the addition of Ekante Bliss, IHCL will now have six hotels in Andhra Pradesh across Taj, SeleQtions, Vivanta, and Ginger brands, with one more under development.
