The Singapore Airshow 2026 returns to the Changi Exhibition Centre from 3 to 8 February, marking 20 years as a premier global platform for aerospace and defence. Bringing together industry leaders, government delegations, innovators, and investors, the biennial event continues to shape the future of aviation while expanding into space, sustainability, and next-generation technologies.

A Global Hub for Aerospace and Defence

Since its inception in 2008, the Singapore Airshow has evolved into one of the world’s most influential aerospace and defence exhibitions, serving as a strategic gateway to the fast-growing Asia-Pacific markets. The 2026 edition is set to host over 1,000 companies from more than 50 countries, including returning giants such as Airbus, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Rolls-Royce, Gulfstream, and ST Engineering.

Emerging and next-generation defence technology firms like Helsing, Quantum, and Shield AI will also be on display, highlighting the sector’s growing focus on autonomy, digitalisation, and advanced systems.

International Participation and Country Pavilions

Confirmed country pavilions include Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States, while the Italy Trade Agency Pavilion and China Pavilion are expected to expand their presence.

“Reaching our 10th edition is a significant milestone for Singapore Airshow. Over the past two decades, the Airshow has evolved alongside the industry, serving as a key global meeting platform for stakeholders across the aviation and defence ecosystem,” said Leck Chet Lam, Managing Director of Experia Events.
“In 2026, we are proud to expand our horizons with new features and partnerships that reflect the industry’s transformation.”

Introducing Space Summit 2026

A major addition to this year’s programme is Space Summit 2026, held from 2 to 3 February at Marina Bay Sands’ Sands Expo and Convention Centre. The summit, officially endorsed by Singapore’s Office for Space Technology & Industry (OSTIn) and the Economic Development Board (EDB), explores the rapidly evolving space sector under the theme: “New Frontiers: Shaping a Responsible and Inclusive Space Future.”

Policymakers, space agencies, investors, and innovators will convene to discuss infrastructure, sustainability, investment, and the in-space economy—an industry projected by McKinsey to reach US$1.8 trillion by 2035.

Sustainability and Net-Zero Aviation

Sustainability remains central to the Airshow’s mission. The 2026 edition will highlight sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and net-zero initiatives, with Neste joining as the Sustainable Aviation Partner to share insights on SAF adoption, supply chain transformation, and greener operations. Attendees can also offset travel-related emissions through the CarbonClick counter, reinforcing responsible travel.

Innovation and Emerging Technologies

Innovation continues to anchor the Airshow’s programme. The What’s Next startup showcase returns with an enhanced focus on emerging and dual-use technologies. Expanded exhibition zones will spotlight digital aviation, sustainable propulsion, and future defence technologies, fostering collaboration among global OEMs, SMEs, and startups.

High-Level Dialogue and Business Exchange

Trade days and strategic forums remain central to the Airshow’s value proposition. AeroForum 2026 will address topics ranging from autonomy, cybersecurity, sustainable aviation pathways, advanced air mobility, workforce transformation, to next-generation civil and military technologies.

Networking is further enhanced by the AI-powered AeroConnect business matchmaking platform, connecting participants with relevant partners and opportunities.

Talent Development and Public Engagement

The AeroCampus initiative returns, inspiring the next generation of aerospace talent by connecting students and young professionals with education providers and industry partners.

Public engagement is front and centre during Weekend@Airshow (7–8 February), featuring aerial displays, static aircraft showcases, and family-friendly activities, with mascots Captain Leo and Leonette welcoming visitors.

Visitor Experience and Strategic Forums

Experia Hospitality Services ensures a seamless visitor experience with integrated solutions covering airport transfers, accommodation, dining, meetings, and curated local experiences.

Parallel events include the Changi Aviation Summit 2026 on 2 February, themed “Rising Above Disruption: Building the Aviation Ecosystem of Tomorrow”, bringing together senior government officials and industry leaders to discuss competitiveness, partnerships, and sustainable growth.

The official Opening Ceremony will be held on 1 February, followed by a week of exhibitions, forums, and networking opportunities, consolidating Singapore Airshow’s position as a strategic platform for collaboration, innovation, and policy dialogue.

Singapore Airshow 2026 reaffirms its role as a global nexus for aerospace and defence, connecting stakeholders across Asia-Pacific and beyond, while paving the way for the future of aviation, space exploration, and sustainable technologies.
