Goa is set to make a vibrant mark at the Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2025, showcasing its evolving identity as a hub for regenerative tourism and high-end travel experiences. From April 28 to May 1 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the Indian coastal state will spotlight its blend of luxury, culture, wellness, and sustainability to global tourism leaders and Middle East travellers.
With Gulf tourism interest on the rise, Goa’s delegation aims to deepen ties with regional travel partners, investors, and holidaymakers. At the heart of its presentation is a vision that transcends the typical beach holiday—positioning Goa as a rich cultural mosaic that offers everything from heritage trails and village immersions to spiritual retreats and eco-conscious adventures.
At ATM 2025, Goa will unveil a range of premium offerings including boutique luxury stays, wellness getaways, destination weddings, family-friendly experiences, and MICE-ready venues. These experiences are supported by robust infrastructure and expanding air connectivity, which has made Goa more accessible than ever for Gulf travellers. The state is served by both Manohar International Airport at Mopa and Goa International Airport at Dabolim, with direct flights from major Middle Eastern hubs such as Dubai and Sharjah.
Aligning with ATM’s theme — Global Travel: Developing Tomorrow’s Tourism Through Enhanced Connectivity — Goa will emphasize its growing international links and its pioneering shift toward regenerative tourism. As the first Indian state to formally adopt this model, Goa is encouraging visitors to contribute positively to local communities and the environment through meaningful travel. From organic farm visits and traditional markets to artisan-led tours and community homestays, the state is redefining responsible travel.
“Goa is evolving into a global model for regenerative and community-based tourism,” said Shri Rohan A. Khaunte, Hon’ble Minister for Tourism, Government of Goa. “Our presence at ATM Dubai signals our commitment to quality tourism that enriches both our guests and our people. We invite Gulf travellers to experience the soul of Goa — not just as tourists, but as partners in our journey.”
Echoing this sentiment, Shri Kedar Naik, Director, Department of Tourism, Government of Goa, noted, “ATM provides a strategic platform to engage with top industry stakeholders. We’re seeing rising interest from the Gulf, and this is a prime opportunity to amplify Goa’s presence as a premium, year-round destination.”
Throughout the four-day event, Goa’s tourism delegation will participate in a series of B2B meetings, networking engagements, and media interactions, aiming to foster deeper connections with UAE-based hospitality groups, tour operators, and travel media.
As Goa positions itself on the global tourism map, its message is clear: the state is ready to welcome a new generation of mindful, experience-driven travellers looking for authenticity, connection, and luxury with a conscience.
