Hussain Patel, Founder, TripJack, said, “The Gulf is one of the most dynamic and strategically important travel markets in the world, and Dubai gives us the ideal base from which to build our presence across the region. We see a significant opportunity to work alongside travel partners here and bring the technology and content capabilities we have developed in India to the Middle East. Dubai is the beginning of a much bigger journey for TripJack in the region.”
B2B travel technology platform TripJack has opened a new office in Dubai, marking its entry into the Middle East and establishing the UAE as its regional base for serving travel partners across the wider Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) market.
The expansion comes as travel flows between India and the Middle East continue to grow and the region’s business-to-business travel distribution landscape evolves. Through its Dubai operations, TripJack will provide travel partners with access to global inventory, travel content, technology-driven distribution and locally based support.
Dubai to Anchor Regional Expansion
TripJack has selected Dubai as the foundation for its Middle East strategy, citing the city’s position as a major global travel hub, connectivity with key international markets and importance within the region’s travel ecosystem.
The company plans to initially strengthen relationships with travel agents and supply partners across the UAE before progressively expanding its presence throughout the GCC.
In India, TripJack works with travel agents and supply partners across a broad portfolio that includes airlines, hotels, cruises and other travel products. The company said it intends to combine these B2B capabilities with local teams, regional expertise and market-specific support for travel businesses in the Middle East.
Dedicated Team Established in Dubai
TripJack has created a dedicated Dubai team responsible for sales, contracting and supplier relationships as it begins building its regional network.
The Middle East leadership team includes Martin Jones, EVP; Zuhaib Jamal, VP Sales; Youssef Helmy, Head of Contracting MEA; and Ebony Pert, AVP Chains. TripJack’s official channels have also highlighted the Dubai team as the company’s local leadership structure for the Gulf market.
Hussain Patel, Founder of TripJack, said the Gulf represents a strategically important travel market and that Dubai provides the company with a strong platform for its regional ambitions.
“The Gulf is one of the most dynamic and strategically important travel markets in the world, and Dubai gives us the ideal base from which to build our presence across the region,” Patel said. He added that the company sees opportunities to work closely with regional travel partners while bringing its technology and content capabilities developed in India to the Middle East.
Focus on B2B Travel Distribution
The Dubai launch positions TripJack to expand its technology-led distribution model beyond India, with an emphasis on supporting travel agencies and supply partners through locally delivered services.
The company’s regional strategy is expected to focus on strengthening its UAE partner network before extending its reach across other GCC markets.
TripJack has also been engaging with Dubai’s tourism ecosystem, with company representatives recently meeting officials from Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism to discuss collaboration and new opportunities.
The Dubai office represents the first stage of a broader Middle East expansion strategy. TripJack plans to deepen its relationships with travel businesses across the UAE and GCC while continuing to build its technology, content and distribution capabilities in the region.
With Dubai serving as its regional launchpad, the company is positioning its Middle East expansion as a long-term effort to connect travel partners with a broader range of global travel products and technology-enabled distribution solutions.
